Jake Cronenworth drove within the decisive run to carry the visiting San Diego Padres previous the St. Louis Cardinals 7-5 on Tuesday night time.

The Padres regained the lead, 6-5, within the seventh inning. McCoy walked, Arraez hit a single, then San Diego executed a double steal to arrange Jurickson Profar’s sacrifice fly.

The Padres made it 7-5 within the ninth inning when McCoy doubled, superior on a flyout and scored on a wild pitch.
